prints purchased on this website are printed to order and are not eligible for refund unless the item arrives damaged. if your order arrives damaged, please email within 14 days with a photograph of the item showing the damage: contact@sbkartist.com

original artworks are eligible for returns within 14 days. If you would like to return an original artwork, please email within 14 days of receipt. artwork must be repackaged in the original packing materials or equivalent and no refund will be offered if the item is damaged while in your possession or during return delivery. the buyer is responsible for return shipping. please consider the delicate nature of artwork before purchasing as returns have considerable logistic challenges and may have significant costs to both artist and customer.
